There's no strict age requirement, but we're looking for individuals early in their careers — most fellows are in high school, college, or graduate programs, or are recent grads or dropouts. What matters more than where you are institutionally is what you've built, shipped, or figured out.

No. Many fellows have started a company (or plan to), but we have also accepted students, academic researchers, engineers, traders, etc.

We'll leave a little mystery here. Just be yourself — it's more of a vibe check than a technical challenge.

Yes. If you're accepted, we'll provide a stipend to help cover travel and any other costs associated with attending the Fellowship in person. We don't want financial constraints to be a barrier.

No, but it helps. If someone from the Paradigm community — a portfolio founder, a past Fellow, or a Paradigm team member — can personally vouch for you, include their name, affiliation, and your relationship to them. You can list up to three.

Yes, and we encourage it. There's a spot at the end of the application to refer one other person you think would be a great fit.

We will reach back about next steps, including for a possible interview. Final decisions on fellows will be made by July 1, 2026.
