Nicki Lardieri is an Executive Assistant at Paradigm. She was previously at Coatue for over three years as a Research Coordinator, where she supported the CEO of Ventures as well as various pod members ranging from Fintech to Enterprise. Prior to this, she spent two and a half years at Warburg Pincus supporting investment staff, including a Managing Director. She launched her career in marketing, advancing to support roles in Fragrance and Philanthropic Marketing at L’Oréal New York. Nicki holds a BBA in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Parsons The New School for Design.
